1. About DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation

DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting, and developing Indian arts, culture, education, and skill development through training programs, workshops, examinations, performances, seminars, cultural festivals, certifications, and community initiatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of this website signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, members, teachers, trainers, affiliated institutions, volunteers, sponsors, event participants, and any other users of our services.

3. Eligibility

5. Course, Workshop & Event Participation

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect fellow participants and maintain professional conduct.
  • Use program materials only for personal educational purposes.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines applicable to workshops, rehearsals, and cultural events.

DIAC reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, faculty members, or program structures whenever necessary.

6. Examination & Certification

Where applicable:

  • Examinations shall be conducted according to DIAC's published guidelines.
  • Certificates will only be issued after successful completion of applicable requirements.
  • DIAC reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases involving misconduct, non-payment of fees, or incomplete documentation.
  • Certificates remain the property of DIAC until officially issued.

7. Registration Fees & Payment

To participate in DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation's programs, competitions, workshops, examinations, or cultural events, the following registration fees shall apply unless otherwise notified:

  • Individual Registration: ₹550 per participant.
  • Group Performance Registration: ₹1,575 per group.
Payment Terms
  • Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
  • All payments must be made through the payment methods officially approved by DIAC.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment details submitted are accurate.
  • Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction charges shall be borne by the participant unless otherwise specified.
  • An official payment receipt or confirmation will be issued upon successful verification of payment.
  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where DIAC cancels an event or where a refund is permitted under the Foundation's official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

DIAC reserves the right to revise registration fees for future programs, competitions, workshops, or events without prior notice. Any revised fee structure shall apply only to new registrations made after such revision.

8. Cancellation & Refund

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests shall be considered only under DIAC's official refund policy.
  • DIAC may cancel or postpone any course, workshop, examination, or event due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In such situations, DIAC may reschedule the program or provide an alternative solution at its discretion.

9. Membership & Affiliated Institutions

Where applicable:

  • Membership benefits are subject to eligibility and compliance with DIAC policies.
  • Affiliated institutions must maintain the standards prescribed by DIAC.
  • DIAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliation for policy violations, misconduct, or misuse of the Foundation's name, logo, certificates, or intellectual property.

10. Code of Conduct

Every participant is expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Participants shall not:

  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour.
  • Damage DIAC property or event venues.
  • Disrupt classes, workshops, examinations, or performances.
  • Carry prohibited substances or dangerous items to DIAC premises or events.
  • Engage in any unlawful activity.

Failure to comply may result in suspension, removal from the program, cancellation of membership, or other disciplinary action.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including:

  • Designs

  • Study resources
  • Training content
  • Artwork
  • Publications
